On a sunny sunday, this place is crowded with people who just want to enjoy walking around and admiring luxurious boats and cars. At night, the city becomes the host of various private parties where guests go to by helicopter. The Baie de Pampelonne, in the south of Saint Tropez and east of Ramatuelle, is the place where the most beautiful beaches are, within a five kilometres long shore. Each beach offers a thirty metres wide space, with both public and private areas. Some are dedicated to peace and quiet, whereas others are the place to go for restaurants and cafés or even for fashion shows. Many of the beaches offer the opportunity to rent equipment for windsurfing, sailing or canoeing whereas others are the location for motorized water sports (power boats, jetski and water skiing).
